OpenPlan - Chronic illness benefit cover

All Plans provide cover for the 26 prescribed Chronic Disease List (CDL) conditions at 100% MSR, subject to a formulary. This cover needs to be applied for through Qualsa Medicine Risk Management (MRM) and is not limited to a Designated Service Provider (DSP).
