Medihelp Chronic Illness Cover – 2024 Chronic Disease List (CDL)
Medihelp Chronic Illness Cover: Medihelp pays for specific medicines for the treatment of the 26 conditions on the Chronic Diseases List (CDL). So, if you use a medicine item which costs the same or less than the MHRP, you won’t have to make a co-payment. If you use a medicine which costs more, however, you will be liable to pay the difference.

Make sure you have the following information when you apply:
- Membership number
- The beneficiary’s date of birth
- The ICD-10 code for the condition
- The doctor’s practice number
- The name and dosage details of the medicine required
