flexiFED 3 Options & Benefits: The FlexiFed 3 any hospital plan with day-to-day cover provides cost effective medical aid for growing families. The flexiFed 3 benefits include unlimited admission to any private hospital. And young growing households can benefit from the rich maternity, extensive in-hospital and chronic benefits. As well as out-of-hospital cover and annual screening tests.

Choose from flexiFed 3 Savings Options Or Manage Your Own Expenses

flexiFed 3 members can save on contributions by selecting the hospital plan only. They will then manage their own daily healthcare expenses. There are also 2 savings account options managed by Fedhealth discussed below.

Flexible or Fixed Day-to-day Savings

Members can select from two savings account options to cover day-to-day medical expenses. The MediVault option offers a flexible repayment plan, interest-free over 12 months. MediVault members only pay for their daily expenses as needed.  There is also a fixed Medical Savings Account (MSA), members access an annual pool of funds from additional monthly premiums. Threshold Benefit

The flexiFed 3 Threshold Benefit activates when day-to-day claims have reached a certain level. Additional benefits include basic dentistry, and unlimited network GP visits. T&C’s apply.

Rich Maternity Benefit

Non-network healthcare providers like GP’s and specialists are covered up to 100% of Fedhealth’s Rate. Other maternity benefits include:

  • Private ward cover.
  • Cover for natural deliveries.
  • Water bath rental.
  • C-sections and epidurals.
