We must learn to be kind always during times of hardship!
Be kind always: The Third Wave of Covid-19 has reached South Africa and is being felt everywhere. Now that people are more aware of the impact of this pandemic, it is critical that they should be more prepared to help each other to cope.
Children are anxious and scared of losing their parents or having to care for them. Adults are worried about job security, finances and juggling work and home priorities. Everyone is suffering from burn-out and Covid fatigue.
- Check in regularly with family and friends.
- Provide calm and correct advice for your children
- Help loved ones to manage anxiety and to reach out for help if they need it.
- Reduce news and social media
- Adhere to all safety precautions.
